The nursing home in Uppsala is located directly adjacent to Gottsunda Centrum. A close collaboration between the tenant, the architect and the constructor were key factors for creating a both pleasant home and building that also meets all the functional and legal requirements.

 

The challenge with the project was to meet the above mentioned requirements and at the same time adjust the building to the area.

 

In 2016, the property was sold to Ikano.
