Over the years, we have completed a large number of homes for adults with special needs (sw. gruppbostäder och serviceboenden) in Sweden. Our long experience and competence in this area of business means that we are a safe and reliable partner, who delivers the projects on time and with high quality.
We have also developed a number of other projects such as nursing homes, preschools and residential units. Through our long experience of carrying out complex projects, as well as a strong network of architects and contractors, we are well equipped to take on different types of public property projects.

Our projects
At Valene we always strive to find clever solutions, both in terms of external and internal design.
Care for the surrounding area in combination with functionality and well-being are key factors for our business model. The properties must fit in with the environment, the residents must thrive, and the tenants must be able to carry out its operations.
We cooperate with a number of municipalities but also with private companies in the health care and independent school (sw. friskolor) sector in Sweden.
We have historically had our focus in the Stockholm-Mälaren region but today we develop and own properties throughout the country.
