The residential unit for adults with special needs is centrally located in Vega in Haninge.

 

Täckeråker contains 18 apartments in the mail building with other operational usage in a separate adjacent building. The apartments’ floor plan are optimized for its purpose as well as for high light input and high material quality.

The challenges for the project was to accommodate the volumes of the buildings in a limited area as well as to meet the noise requirements.
